Exeter Uni have carried out research to find out users views of the first Diploma lines. The results were not stunning but showed some interesting aspects.
Overall the majority of learners were satified but Informanation, Advice and Guidance (IAG) has come through as being quite critical, learners who had better IAG were significantly more likely to be happy with the course they were doing.
Functional Skills is seen as an area for improvement.
