The oyster card really is a major success and if used across London on a massive scale.

Part of the success has been it’s security.

A team of researchers in Holland have now released a research paper which describes just how easy it was to hack and how people have been able to enter buildings using other people’s ids as well as free travel on the tube.

Doesn’t bode well for my favourite topic – the id card!
